Why do I have to pay extra for 3D glasses?

For 3D movies, a refundable / non-refundable deposit for 3D glasses may be collected at the cinema. The charges and terms vary from one cinema to another. If you have been charged for the 3D glasses already, it will be available on your order summary. Please read the terms for each cinema carefully while booking tickets for 3D movies. Enjoy the show!

How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?

As soon as your booking is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail containing your booking details would be sent across to your contact details entered while booking. In case your confirmation details are lost, click on the My Tickets after Logged in 'Resend SMS' link on the website to resend the confirmation e-mail and SMS. I have not been able to take a printout of my ticket confirmation. Can I just show the SMS at the box office to collect the tickets?

In case of being unable to carry a printout of the confirmation email, unless it is an e-Ticket. Showing the SMS at the box office along with the card used for booking tickets will be good enough to pick up the tickets. Kindly note the Card holder must be present while collecting the tickets.

Forgot Password

It is easy to retrieve your password on our website. All you need to do is click on ‘Sign In’ option and click on Forgot Password. . A new password will be emailed to you on the email address registered with us. In case you have not received the password feel free to send us an e-mail with your login id at vrcomplaints@gmail.com

Extra fees for booking

VR Complex charges an Internet handling fee per ticket and service tax on the handling fee w.e.f. July 1, 2009. Plus government taxes if applicable.

Booking failed but Credit/Debit Card charged

This is a very rare situation, and can occur in case of a network fluctuation at the venue at the time of confirming the transaction. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your credit card will be sent by us the same day to the bank. You will receive a email from our side as soon as the amount is marked as refunded from our side. Please be assured that if the ticket has not been successfully booked, your card payment will be reversed within 10 business days.

Payment failed

While booking tickets, seats are reserved for a period of 17 minutes. In the case of an unsuccessful transaction, the seats get blocked in the system for 15-20 minutes, and are then released automatically. We request you to kindly try again after 15 minutes or book different seats.

Refund for cancelled shows

In case an event or show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the transaction will be refunded and depending on each bank's policy, it can sometimes take up to 15 business days for the reversal to take effect. Cancellation and Replacement

Once the tickets are confirmed it is deemed as sold and as per the cinema regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it cannot be replaced or cancelled.

Date Changes after booking

Tickets once booked are deemed as sold and hence it would not be possible to cancel, refund or exchange your transaction.

Why do I have to provide the Mobile number?

Well, the simplest reason being that it is for the security of your transaction and also so that the booking confirmation can be sent to you via SMS.
